I have had several bad experiences with roofers, so Alex and his team at Skyline were such a breath of fresh air. Every part of the experience was easy. The project manager, Hugo was all over every step of the project, responsive and professional. On top of that they did an amazing job on the roof. I am confident that I have a roof that will last for years to come.

So....I consider myself pretty picky, somewhat demanding, and relentless with high expectations. I look at the details, I expect people to honor their word, and I expect very high quality work and timely communication. Do what you said you were going to do (without a ton of reminders), do it the way you said you were going to do it (no need for "misunderstandings," just do it), and respond when I communicate. Crew is polite, honest, and gets the job done quickly. When they tell you they don't expect payment until the job is finished, they mean it. Definitely recommend!!
