I have family who lives here. Their neighbor had sewer problems and the park owner came to the property promptly and surprisingly paid for all the repairs. I guess there has been water leaks too with the same outcome, the park is very well-maintained I noticed the roads have been sealed and painted just very helpful my family says it has slowed people down which is great being that it’s so hilly people pick up speed and can be a danger so it’s nice to see people are slowing down finally.
