This was the best first time appointment at Skyline, Dr. So was very personable which I appreciate, she explained everything to me and gave acceptable options. The staff was so friendly and nice and don't let me talk about the TV and offer of a blanket while waiting in the room. I love it, I found my forever dentist and I cant wait to follow up.
If there was a zero star rating I would give that. Worst experience. Please don’t the ambiance fool you. Came for a dental cleaning. The hygienist I don’t believe had ever done one before. The whole cleaning lasted under 6 minutes. I was completely covered in water. When I asked why it was so short she stated “she was doing me a favor by fitting me in”. The staff was rude, unprofessional and no one there seemed to know what they were doing. Do not waste your time. Completely unprofessional.
This place is the best. Lovely staff and amazing care and attention to detail. I highly recommend Dr. Gonzalez and Amanda. I’ve had successful fillings and a root canal done without pain or worry.
First time patient/worst experience ever. I had to get a tooth extraction, bone graph, and tissue regeneration done in preparation for a bone implant. Dr. Gonzalez was very aggressive and impolite. I was told I would not be in pain by management and I raised my hand in pain at least 6 times. They told me the infection was making it painful. My lips and hands were shaking and I do not understand why I wasn’t fully sedated for such a procedure and given stress balls and a blanket instead to handle pain. I nearly passed out.
