Very disappointing experience. My father was instructed to get family doctor instructions per Joyce in this dental office on Monday before his appointment for cray and cleaning on Friday. Then we went to see family doctor and stopped a stroke prevention medication which possible causing longer bleeding for three days and took antibiotics before his dental appointment per family doctor instructions. Extremely disappointing service. My mom and I have had appointments here three separate times, and every single time the doctor was about two hours late. All three appointments were at 8:00 AM—the first appointment of the day—and we were repeatedly told the dentist’s car had issues. After this happening three times, it’s difficult to believe the reasons & also understand why there is no backup plan or better communication. Dr. Henkin is the best at what she does! It’s such a pleasure having her as my dentist. She knows her stuff and takes pride in her work. If you want your teeth done right, I highly recommend her. She a perfectionist and genuinely cares about her patients.

I loved this office and was surprised when I learned I was billed for a service that my insurance covered. If it was a simple error by office staff, why didnt someone notice it when my insurance paid and refund the amount? I called twice and no one returned my calls. Finally the third time I spoke to a manager who apologized and said a check would be sent to me. Yet weeks later I call again and am told nothing was mailed, but would be later on in the week.
