I generally enjoy coming here for dental cleanings and have had good experiences in the past. However, my most recent appointment was extremely disappointing. I was assigned to Nikki/Nicki for my cleaning, and the experience was unpleasant enough that I would seriously consider switching dental offices if I were assigned to her again. I have a very high pain tolerance and normally do not even flinch during cleanings, but this appointment felt unnecessarily rough and careless. I had a great visit at Skyline Dental! I arrived on time and was greeted at the front desk by very friendly workers. I immediately was seen and my cleaning went great. The hygienist was very precise and explained everything very thoroughly. I also loved the tvs on both the wall and ceiling which allowed me to enjoy my visit even more. I will definitely be back
I just left the single worst medical experience of my life. The dentists at Skyline Dental had me in the chair for six and a half hours while they removed my molar without proper anesthesia. I was bucking in pain and telling them that I could feel everything. They gaslit me for hours, telling me I had already had plenty of anesthesia and that I simply did not understand the difference between “pain and pressure.” They even asked me if I’d like to pay $155 for Nitrous Oxide to soothe my anxiety. Very pleasant office visit for consultation. Quick and straightforward; all staff treated me with respect and kindness, and informative of aftercare procedures. The office is very clean; the layout is greatly intuitively engineered. Would definitely recommend.
