HORRIBLE! Despite clear language that said they leave on time, they waited 15 minutes for people. Food quality was not bad, but we sat for over an hour waiting to eat, while others were done. Promised ample outside viewing of fireworks. NO! To make it worse, they turned the ship backwards before the fireworks started. There were other cruise companies. NO OTHER BOATS TURNED AROUND! ALL of the other boats were at least 500 yards closer to the fireworks. JUST MISERABLE!!!!!!
RecommendedIt was very relaxing. The scenery was great. The food was delicious and the service was great. We met real nice people and spent a lovely afternoon. I would highly recommend it. Loved seeing the Statue of Liberty again.

RecommendedThe staff are phenomenally cordial and friendly. Both management, crew, and service staff are extremely responsive to special event needs!! My guests from the UK were very very impressed as well.
