We got our entire patio and around our pool done about a month and a half ago. It is a total mess and every time they come out to fix it they never fix everything. Now I’m getting ignored. I would not recommend this company whatsoever. My next step is to go to seven on your side to get something done because this is beyond ridiculous. Well, here we go again five months later and our step has already cracked. We have yellow blotches all over the concrete. I have called and called and nobody comes out. They blocked me on fb now I guess. My initial review was 5 stars, 3 car garage experience was awesome and everything has held for about 5 years (minus the spots outside the garage door). I decided a year later to have my house garage done which was not a 5 star rating. A different crew came to do this one and it was done poorly, so poorly in fact it started peeling immediately. They sent a second guy out to "fix" the botched job which consisted of a 2nd coat and i expressed it seemed slick, looked ok but by the time winter r... read more

UPDATE: 3 weeks later, still NO RESPONSE. I added pictures to show how the coating is fading and falling apart. THIS FEELS LIKE A SCAM***********This company has been nonresponsive as another reviewer mentioned. STAY AWAY!!! When you call their number no answer and you cannot leave a message. They do not stand by their contract. My coating is peeling in multiple areas. Last fall, I was told they would redo it on June 13. I've sent multiple emails. I'm very disappointed. Lots of money wasted!
