John W. Dunnett with Skyline was bias towards servicing my chimney that was effected by the Storm in Michigan 2023. I told him I wanted an estimate so FEMA can pay for the damage on chimney. In a nut shell he kept saying he was on his way . He never arrived and surely didn't return my call with updates. In my Jamaican voice, *** **** **** ******

I first noticed that the chimney screen cover that Skyline Chimney Service installed blew off our roof on May 25, 2020. I called and spoke to John W. Dunnett, the owner. He said he would come out within the week to reinstall it. When this did not happen, I called again each week. I called eleven times and each time was promised the work would be done. Skyline chimney and masonry did an awesome job,Christopher came out did a thorough evaluation and gave me a very fair price to do my front porch and fix some cracks around my home. They were out the next day to do the work and did a great job, very happy and would recommend them.
