No trip to Ohio is complete without Cincinnati Chili!!
Walked in. Gave order by showing a screen shot of the order I had planned to place online. But couldn't because there was no way to add a discount I had Got home to find order was not placed by staff correctly. Sent feedback through their site. Never got response. But did receive a GC for the amount of the 2 incorrect items. Food is no longer worth the price.
