I'm give 5 stars for AMAZING customer service, Rich isn't there to BS anyone. He worked around my budget and got me the car I wanted within my price range. After looking at the car, speaking with him on the phone (I'm in Fort bragg) and traveling down there. I'm a first time buyer so it is definitely all foreign to me.
