I met nikk and easher they both are very good and they help me🤝
Decent amount of used cars, mostly imports. Sales staff weren't too aggressive and friendly enough. A much smaller "2nd chance" dealerships where the credit-challenger customer going to have to pay a bit more interest rate to build up their credit. Somewhat organized, though not much of a CRM they use here to keep sales staff organized and following up with customers.
Extremely unprofessional and stressful experience. The dealership changed my loan terms without permission, told me false information, and handled my finance papers in a misleading way. They even let me drive a car with a lien under someone else’s name while it was still registered in my name — something no honest dealership should ever allow. Months later, TD Bank repossessed the car from me even though I never signed any TD loan. This whole situation caused major stress, affected my job, and completely destroyed my trust. ... read more
