"Abandon all deposit, ye who enter here" The property manager stole $500 of my deposit upon simple lease renewal. The new number on the new lease just magically became smaller, twice. The first round, they corrected it. The second one is the reason for this review. The property manager claimed the current, fully executed lease has wrong deposit and won't be considered. As somewhat low cost downtown Denver housing goes this building is certainly among the best; the ratio of functional living space to price of rent is unbeatable. Though the waiting on hot water and archaic system of heating and cooling can irritate, the building makes up for it with its balcony and in-unit laundry alone. I applied like a week ago, I don’t know why my roommate verification was not done. They don’t even receive phone calls or see emails. I Went there the manager said my friend has to be there with two copies of id. We are an international student so the next day she brought two copies of id. We went there twice in a day as any one in the leasing office is barely there. Then, the guy there he had no idea about the verification.
