Not good. - no fan/vent in bathroom; creating mold - heat is an on-or-off option; no control over turning it up when it’s colder (property manager said they only legally have to have it at a specific temperature) - building is rather quiet/surrounding area is loud during school year (but you sign up for that moving into a student-dominated area/the hub) - washers/dryers are often dirty & in-use on weekends (100+ people sharing them) - underground parking is often empty, but they charge $100+ for a spot despite lack of use - ... read more
Living here has been challenging due to the constant noise, both around and inside the building, making it difficult to find peace and quiet. For over a week, I have been hearing a horrible high-pitched sound (likely from the elevator issues) day and night, which has caused me severe headaches and has not yet been addressed with an immediate solution. One of the worst management.There is no water in whole building for 2 days the even give us the notice about it. Very bad management
