Guys were super nice the staff helped me out and even walked my stuff to my car for me. I had questions on the install and the owner showed me how change it my self.
I was so impressed with skylight solutions! They had quick communication, made it out to get me a quote as soon as they had an opening on the schedule, and by the next week I had a brand new skylight! The skylight is definitely a huge improvement from the old one I had before. Even though it’s a very hot sunny day, it still feels nice and cool underneath the skylight (before it would get a bit toasty). Plus the 10 year leak proof guarantee helps me sleep easy. Eric, the installer, was excellent. He and his crew showed up promptly and replaced our skylight as requested. Skylight Solutions was also the least expensive company that we interviewed for the job.
Unfortunately my experience was not good. The interaction started out great. They sent someone out promptly and said I need a replacement. One week later was supposed to be install day. The installer called and said he couldn’t come due to illness. That’s fine. No problem. One week later, he didn’t show up again, this time due to weather. No one called me to inform me.
