I walked in very nervous because the last stylist I saw messed up my hair, but Austin listened and made me feel comfortable by walking me through the cut. The haircut came out even better than I imagined! It’s given me my confidence back. Everyone there seems so nice. I can’t recommend this place enough. Great vibes. 10/10

Made an appointment a month in advance. Got a text message morning of my appointment saying I was “declined”. I had already made the appointment, they had a month to contact me before the morning of. They gave no reason as to why. Is the stylist not taking new clients, did she have to cancel last minute? It’s just very rude to cancel on someone with no explanation the day of the appointment.
