Dr. Smith is a great Dentist, he takes all the time needed to address the concern of his Patients. The staff are wonderful, very friendly, professional and responsive to patient enquiries in a timely manner. I recommend smile crafters to everybody who need dental care.
Terrible service
I had a great experience here. I’ve had around 3-4 dentists prior to coming to Smile Crafters. While they were good, I feel at home here. Great care, sensitive to anxieties and attentive to the needs of the patient. I feel like I can freely voice my concerns and even though I don’t have any knowledge about dentistry, every question I was taken seriously. This is my new Dentist, and I’m very happy to say that.
Another great experience with Dr. Smith today. I had cracked one of my existing crowns I've had for about 10 years while at work yesterday. Megan was able to schedule an appointment the next day, and I was able to walk out with a new permanent crown same day.Now that's customer service!
I can’t say enough good things about this dental office! From start to finish, the entire team has been incredibly accommodating and attentive. I have a hectic schedule, but they went above and beyond to work around it, finding appointment times that actually worked for me — something I’ve struggled to find elsewhere.
