Literally the worst place I've ever lived. I have had 3 floods (1 by upstairs neighbor, 1 by refrigerator line, and 1 by air conditioning room). I have had maintenance come 7 (not exaggerating) times due to the air conditioning not working, I'd come home from work on a 90 degree day and walk into a 85 degree house. The first flood maintenance came in cut the carpet down the middle and aired it out and then reattached the carpet, leaving me with an ugly bride of chucky carpet.
