Tout était PARFAIT. Merci pour l'accueil, le confort, la propreté et la décoration des lieux. Vous avez contribué aux très beaux souvenirs de notre séjour en Californie. Tout était tellement Palm Springs (la sympathie et la beauté de l'hôtel).
Took a last minute trip to Palm Springs. This place doesn’t have that many rooms as other places so it’s a small area. We were able to check in a bit before 3 o’clock it was nice since it was raining a little bit . Easy check in, Scott has great customer service . Room was good and clean. The pool was also nice. They also offer complimentary breakfast, the person helping during breakfast was very friendly . Clerk to check in had ZERO personality. While checking in, the door from the Airstream blew open and hit me in the back which of course hurt and the clerk found it hysterical. No apology. Room reeks of Fabuloso so we had to prop the door open. I see the Ecolab truck here, I’m sure you can get deodorizer from him. Take it from a retired hotel manager of 26 years. This is not acceptable.
