Jump to the paragraph below to see my newest review. Thank you to Gio for coming to my rescue! My kitchen sink started to gurgle, then water began shooting up from the drain. My disposal would flush it until it stopped and had broken. Water was filling my sink and my dishwasher and running over onto the floor. I’m so grateful to the Maintenance Line for their swift action in getting Gio from the Maintenance Department to help me. He did a great job. The employees are absolutely wonderful! The power outages are absolutely unacceptable. More outages in the past 9 months than all the places I've ever lived combined. At this point, I expect outages, at least bi-monthly. And! It looks more like PG&E is load shedding at our expense and inconvenience. The location is magical. It would be even better if a Skylark maintenance person would remove the ever growing cobwebs in all the stairwells. Maybe patch & paint over the locations where lights were removed leaving a ghetto look.... read more
