My experience has been good and it’s getting better by quick reply’s and response to maintenance issues. I needed a new toilet and it was a quick reply and I got it installed almost immediately. The worker was so friendly and efficient. Thank you. Gio came and fixed my freezer motor. He was excellent! 5 star March 28, 2025
I was told that maintenance was coming three hours before they were gonna be there. I told them they needed to reschedule. We reschedule for two days later to have my ceiling done in the kitchen. Two days later came and the maintenance person forgot. After going down to the office going out of my way to reschedule he finally finished the job the next day and left a mess in our kitchen.
Wonderful move in experience!! Channel went above and beyond to make it so easy for us. She is so friendly, helpful, and extremely prompt. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
