Joan was friendly and professional. I enjoyed the tour.
Christopher replaced our toilet. It is working very well. He also foamed the openings around our cabinet pipes to prevent any rodents from entering. He worked on the tub and realized he needed to call a plumber. The plumber fixed the temperature gauge but put the plate on up side down. Christopher is very thorough and precise.
Our front door knob wasn’t working properly. We submitted a service request and Chris from the maintenance team soon appeared. He got right to work and quickly fixed the problem to our complete and total satisfaction. Thank you, Chris and Team Skylark!!
Chanell had one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever experienced, as soon as she communicated she was stand off ish and took her time responding when I’ve been calling for weeks. DO NOT BOTHER with this place the manager SUCKS.
The response rate from management once you lease the property is almost non-existent. Explore better alternatives. I've lived here 9 years, it switched from privately owned and a real pleasure to live here, to total corporate apathy.
