What a smart, caring and friendly rental manager Joan is! I had friends who lived there about 4 years ago and none of them liked the people in charge at that time. Both of them moved out. But Joan couldn't have been nicer and more helpful for us. We are considering moving there in 2026!

My initial request for this service was back in August. After about a month, I received a review request stating that the work had been completed. It was not. I never heard from anyone, nor saw anyone do the work. I put in another request for the same thing, and again after a month I finally heard from maintenance. I said all this as a lead to express what a great job Gio did with my window screen. Once he was able to take a look at the issue, he was very efficient in getting it done. SKYLARK Apartments is the best place to live in Marin County. It is like a slice of heaven here. The leasing staff is the BEST!! Channel and Joan are so friendly and kind, they are so nice to everyone and very helpful. Mike the manager is so kind and professional, he gets things taken care of immediately.The maintenance people do the BEST JOB, Chris, Tim, Gio and Angel Luis are the ones that keep the tenants happy with maintaining the units, always with a smile, they work so hard!
