We have been living at Skylark since mid-September when Building 1 was made available for move-in. Since that time we, and residents who moved in subsequently, have experienced numerous problems and conditions we were not made aware of at time of purchase. Building 1, and recently completed Building 2, each contain 72 units but each building has only one elevator. tells me for the most efficient way to schedule a service agent is to call them I call them straight to voicemail they dont even try to call me back, but sends me a voicemail I call a minute after voicemail is received straight back to voicemail if I am paying for a million dollar apartment I'd expect better support than voicemails this is literally just so they can tighten a closet door which they failed to install properly otherwise they could have easily of avoided pissing me off by just telling me to text/email them, its... read more

Polygon should stick to townhouses. They will rush and cut corners on this building. The HVAC in my building is not working right. There's freezing cold air blowing down the halls in the winter, and hot air blowing in the summer, adding unnecessary usage of hydro electricity. It seems like nothing in the building was tested properly before having people move in. A month ago they "tested" the parking lot fans by letting them run at full speed for a whole week. Judy and her team are absolutely fantastic! They are very welcoming, super friendly, and will answer any questions you have about Skylark, which is still being built but will be done this year. They never rush you nor pressure you, which is so refreshing and nice. We were able to spend as much time we needed in the show room to feel into it and imagine our lives in this building.
