Someone or something has been leaving a gigantic piss puddle in the 1st floor entrance gate on Boulevard everyday for six months, and apparently there is nothing that can be done to figure out who it is or how to stop it.
Came for my 10 AM tour. The call box sent me straight to voicemail, the number on their website went directly to Maintenance who told me there was no way for them to connect me with anyone from the office. I had scheduled and even gotten text message reminders from them the night and morning before to be here, yet they were no where to be found.
I put in a maintenance request on 1/23 to have my washing machine fixed since it's not running a full cycle. It's 3/27 and my washing machine still isn't fixed...🫠
Absolutely exquisite and so helpful and friendly and the experience felt like home feels like the perfect choice.
