A volunteer named Bridgette decided it would be okay to ask inappropriate questions that did not pertain to an appointment regarding someone’s sexuality and how it correlated with the bible. We had a very disappointing experience at this doctor’s office. We felt treated unfairly in a way that was completely uncalled for. What makes this even more upsetting is that the office policy “our promise” clearly states they do not judge or discriminate based on race, religious affiliation, age, income, or other personal differences, yet my experience did not reflect that standard at all.
