Manager is very polite
Clean and even had complimentary bottles of water and comfortable seating
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The washer took my money, and all they have is a number to call. They don't answer the phone and don't have an attendant to help. I had to call several times over two days, but someone answered and said to call back, and they never answered again. The washers cost too much for them to take your money.
While on vacation, I went into the Skylar And was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and the condition of the appliances. I am definitely going to tell the hotel I am staying at to refer people here.
I have used many different Skylar's in different cities and I am so glad to have one now in Lathrup Village, being that I am a resident of Southfield. As usual this location is very clean, very efficient and up-to-date new clean machines! I love Skylar laundromats. No attendant was present at the time I went at about 9:00pm, but it was excellent at this time. Cost is $8.00 regular load and $13.50 for super size wash. I love that the machines are very clean, no residue and no odor.
