I have switched oil company's because the service and attitude at Skylands is lacking customer service. I was with MacKinney Oil Company for over thirty years and never had a problem.MacKinney Oil Company sold out to Skylands and gave Sky lands their customers.Me being one of them.We paid for their best service plan.
