Poorly maintained, high rent for the amenities, and no one cleans up after their dog - so be careful in the grass. Recently they sent out a letter giving less than 24 hours notice that we no longer get access to the storage/utility closet in each unit, and the locks would be changed even if you didn’t remove your belongings from the SPACE YOU PAY FOR. Zero stars.

These are spacious and well kept apartments. We didn't have many service requests...they are proactive by doing routine checks on HVAC, water heaters, etc. The service requests we did have were taken care of in a timely manner. Spotless when we moved in, nice neighbors, good communication...especially with Morgan. She is very helpful and respectful. I wouldn't hesitate to move here!

Horrible experience living in the south Asheville commons. Multiple problems in our 10 months of living here...only some have been resolved. They are poor communicators. The apartments are old and outdated. conversing with the office is always a process. They are conveniently located and the neighbors are friendly but other than that there is no benefit to living in south Asheville Commons. It is not worth the money nor your peace of mind. I would only live here if options are limited!
