I’m looking forward to 3 years . So far It’s been a great experience. The front desk team is great, maintenance is prompt and Bob and Lawanda are great.
Monday 7/27 afternoon, only 1 out of 3 elevators was working (middle elevator reserved by someone moving, another elevator was down due to being repaired), leasing office was supposed to send notification to residents so we can plan accordingly, but office did NOT (no email, no text, nothing). As result, I found out by surprise, I was late to work and had to apologize to my boss because I had to wait 15 minutes for the only working elevator, when I normally only wait 1-2 minutes. good location, great view, nice staff, but the toilet is slow filling ("low flow") either on purpose, or flaw in design. Anyway, without going into too much detail, it takes a longgg time between flushes, because it takes long time for the toilet tank to fill up with water again. The water pressure in the shower is also low, which means it takes longer to rinse.
