good location, great view, nice staff, but the toilet is slow filling ("low flow") either on purpose, or flaw in design. Anyway, without going into too much detail, it takes a longgg time between flushes, because it takes long time for the toilet tank to fill up with water again. The water pressure in the shower is also low, which means it takes longer to rinse.

I was delivery a package and the women work leasing center at 4:37 jun 23 was mad for no reason if u dont like u Job JUST QUICK DONT BE LIKE THAT 🤮
leasing agents, management, and staff are excellent. Everyone was always very responsive, and any requests were resolved quickly. The layout of both the building and the apartments is very well designed. Neighbors are friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, close to downtown with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. Thank you to the whole team for doing such a great job.
Today Monday 5/25 was the 3rd time in a short period that I never received notification from skyhouse after my package was delivered, because concierge received my package but she never logged it in. After calling multiple times and concierge finally answering the phone, I was able to confirm and get my package, but Skyhouse is supposed to let me know that my package is in their possession.
