Don’t move to the Skyhouse Channelside if you want cleanliness, peace, and value for the money. Move here if you want to live in a glorified frat house who will nickel and dime you at every opportunity - and not help you resolve your issues when it is needed. Elevators are a joke. Unsafe living conditions
This has been a good place to live. The building is kept up nicely, and any issues I’ve had were taken care of quickly and without any trouble. The leasing office has been easy to work with and responsive. No complaints — I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a solid, low-stress place to rent.
Just moved in. Wasn’t familiar about parking? Thought as a resident paying $50 a month you could park anywhere. NOPE. $250 down the drain bc I didn’t park on the second floor. What a joke. We’re paying all this money and get towed for parking on the first floor????? Absolutely absurd. Also when I moved into my apartment i had an old dirty moldy dishwasher, my fridge water doesn’t work or make ice, my flooring is coming up and my light switch in my bathroom barely works.
