Great experience overall. Hard on the 4/5 stars because of the sort of “out-dated” feel to the place. Nice clean units with great views and the location is premier. Only thing really keeping me from 5/5 stars is our leading agent Andrew, he completed the job of moving us in, and that was it. Update: the issue is not with the denial, it is with the failure to communicate. The holiday was not over a week long. You cannot accept charge for an application and never answer inquiries.
