Recent parking changes caused $400 in charges as someone who does gig work and is parked there for longer than the “15min” window and less than an hour in a matter of four instances and four days. We lived at SkyHouse Channelside for THREE YEARS, and I really debated writing this because we genuinely LOVED living here in the beginning. We loved our apartment and the location, and at one point I absolutely would have recommended it. Unfortunately, over those three years, we watched the quality of the building, amenities, service, and management steadily decline. ZERO STARS. Absolutely disgraceful management. SkyHouse Channelside has refused to return my security deposit even though I have not lived there in over a year. I have now been told that they are keeping MY deposit and using it for a new tenant. The fact that management thinks this is an acceptable way to handle a former tenant’s money is unbelievable.
