What a lousy experience it is working with this leasing office. From before I moved in, all the way through to the end, they’ve been unprofessional and inconsistent at every turn. Great place, awful management
I have absolutely never written a review in my entire life but my living experience is so bad I can’t help but not. First off my dishwasher has been broken for over a year and it’s finally getting “replaced”. I’ve had to call multiple times to get anyone to come check on it & they finally agreed it’s broken & it’s been over a week and still no replacement for what was supposed to be a “few days” Number 2- uber eats, they always never find the correct door or someone steals your food & groceries. I had a terrible experience touring Skyhouse at Channelside. The staff was rude and unprofessional, making me feel unwelcome and undervalued. If this is how they treat potential tenants, I can only imagine how they handle current residents. Such a shame giving the pleasant views of the city throughout the complex. I would rather pay more than what was offered to have a much better human experience than to compromise on pricing to have great views of Tampa.
