I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bola. From the moment we met him, he was warm, kind, patient, and very personable. What stood out to me the most was that I never once felt rushed. He genuinely took the time to listen to me and allowed me to go through all of the notes I had prepared, which took about 30 minutes on its own. If I could give zero stars I would. We’ve had issues with this pediatrician for awhile with those no resolved to this day. We had issues with my son’s skin for about six months. Trying to figure it out with this doctor. He 100% guaranteed us it was NOT eczema. We asked if we could take him to an allergist or dermatologist. Our insurance covers dermatology check ups, but not allergist. Which we asked about referrals only in coverage.
