Kara is amazing, the best experience I’ve had with a massage therapist. She listens and does great work resolving, pain, stress, tension. Her fingers and hands are like magic. I tell her the massages she provides are transformational.
Matthew is an excellent Ayurvedic practitioner. The Shiro Dhara is very calming and clearing. Highly recommend him.
Freya is super good person. Sensitive to working with bone resection in my foot--I stand on it all day. Leg and spine feel a lot better. 100% recommend.
Long overdue review, but just over a month ago I had the most amazing massage and reiki session with Kára. She took the time and care to sit down and discuss both my physical and energetic needs before starting, and then recapped with me after the session. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and refreshed. Highly, highly recommend booking with her!!
I have seen Freya many times and can whole heartedly recommend her! She is very intuitive - has a very peaceful and clean space - uses oil that is not greasy and mostly unscented. She has the ability to work on specific issues but also does and amazing all over massage. Its a real treat and luxury!
