Extremely unprofessional service. The estheticians and nurses here probably aren’t even licensed. Their treatments are aggressive, uncomfortable, and honestly terrible. What’s even worse is that after the awful service, they pressure you into buying overpriced aftercare products loaded with strong fragrances. If you’re looking for a professional medical spa, this definitely isn’t it. This place is a joke. I would give it a zero if I could.
This place is Unprofessional and treats customers poorly. They have been showing on their website for years now that they do nails. I just called and the women LIED to me saying they “recently” stopped doing nails which is a lie since I’ve been calling for years because again they have not taken it down on their website. I will go higher up because it seems like it’s discrimination and they wanna treat other cultures poorly.

I've been going to this clinic for half a decade for facials. Sindy is my go-to facialist and then Nicole. Both are so skilled with their hands and some of their recommendations for different facials are really great (even if it's part of their upselling of services) Be mindful of the more expensive facial procedures like their hydrating needling/scar tissue lightening needling. There are aftercare products that arent included with the procedures that is probably best to use but quite expensive on top of the facial procedure... read more
