Had a very pleasant stay. The resort is close to all amenities, train station to the airport, eateries, and supermarket. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Will be staying there again come next April.

Everything was PERFECT during my stay at One Global Resorts Sydney. The room was AMAZING. The area was GREAT; I felt safe the entire time. Grocery store, train, & eateries within walking distance. Maybe the BEST thing about my stay were Esther, Caleb, & Kathleen. Esther is the reason I chose this hotel. I emailed the hotel to ask if they had shuttle service from the airport. I had to travel to Sydney for work. I stayed at One Global Resort for one week, and excessive noise disturbed my sleep every night for six consecutive nights particularly from 5 am. Despite repeatedly reporting the problem to reception and providing audio recordings, no practical solution was offered, no attempt was made to change my room, and I was ultimately told the recordings were insufficient without a witness—even though I was travelling alone. Mediocre. Rooms miss basic amenities like brush, comb etc. Bathrooms are dark and dingy. Beds not the most comfortable. The reception staff is rude and unbothered - we took a 15h flight with a 6 month pregnant lady and a toddler but they couldn’t even give the room 1/2 hour early despite a request made weeks in advance. Another hotel in contrast emailed us they will give us a room at 11 AM.

Booked here solely because my partner loves MAFS, but the excitement died the second we walked in. The room smelled horribly damp, and everything was covered in dust, dirt, and grime. The furniture is badly stained. Even the elevators and hallways smell. When we told staff they were generally unsympathetic. Guess this is a common occurrence? One of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Don’t book here because they won’t even refund you. (Hope you use the money to pay your cleaners!)
