I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent and the lady and gentleman at the service desk were absolutely amazing so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and well maintained and the rooms are lovely. I also found the room prices to be very reasonable for the quality and experience. The car parking was another great bonus. It was convenient, easy to access and reasonably priced. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. 6 star rating! From the moment we arrived, we knew we were somewhere special. Our exceptional experience began in the car park, where we were greeted by the wonderful security officer, Rafay. He was incredibly welcoming, professional and helpful, and made such a fantastic first impression. We later saw Rafay around the courtyard area, where he was once again friendly, approachable and genuinely attentive. It was such a lovely way to begin our stay. Cleanliness was extremely disappointing. There was hair all over the floor, and the toilet bowl had old poo stains on it. The room also doesn’t get dark, even with the blinds completely down, as there’s still a lot of light coming through. On top of that, you can hear the traffic outside, which makes it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. For somewhere advertised as a 5-star resort, I expected a much higher standard. ​Do not be fooled by the "5-star" label or their online listing options. We booked the Two-Bedroom Apartment Interconnecting at One Global Resorts Green Square, explicitly selecting the configuration option clearly advertised on their website: Room 1 with Twin beds (2 single beds). ​Upon arrival, we were given a room with double beds that completely failed to meet our needs.
