She is caring, thoughtful, and explains things well. She found answers to my problems and was able to explain my diagnosis, so that I understood.
Usual Brownwood Regional Hospital way of doing business! Arrived at my first appointment here 10 minutes early, filled out their paperwork. Finally went to the exam room half hour later, sat in there and waited another 15 minutes. Sat and listened to the nurses and the PA i was there to see cackle and laugh down the hall while I waited.
