They literally do not answer the phone. Instagram is outdated. They obviously aren’t looking for business or they closed and failed to let anyone know.
When I arrived (flew in because google says they open and no one answers the phone)they said they were open but there was no-one there to assist us. We called for several weeks and could not get in touch with no one. When I texted the phone number listed, they asked me to send an email instead. When I emailed for a quote as they asked no reply back. We were hoping to host our wedding party at Skydeck but that the service is extremely poor
The staff is very unresponsive and not helpful at all. When I arrived they said they were open but there was no there to assist us. No lo recomiendo para nada .Un sitio con una pésima gestión en todos los aspectos . Solo se salva el equipo de la barra .2 chicas y un chico de nombre Javier siempre atento y preocupado por ayudar , y la vista de Miami desde la terraza . Asisti a este lugar como trabajador para un evento .Un sitio que no está nada cuidado . El area de la cocina un desorden. El acceso al building es más que complicado . No hay portero ,una sola tarjeta para acceder al building y al rooftop . Los clientes que acceden no se les explica como fun... read more
