My experience with Skyco has been painful from the beginning. I ordered from Skyco since they had a positive reputation. The problems started with Scott ordering the wrong size skylights. Only realizing this as they are being installed (about 1" too wide) Skyco agreed to give me a discount on the order. Well 3 months have gone by and by voicemails are ignored and no one will respond to repeated emails. Stand by your work and just process my refund!
Great place to visit.. Kids love it.. But I don't think needs more stuff
