Do NOT rent your son/daughter an apartment at Skybox/Courtside apartments. Condition at move-in was atrocious. Toilet looked like it belonged in an old gas station restroom. I spent 2 hours cleaning (after making a trip to Fred Meyer for cleaning supplies) the bathroom and kitchen on the day we moved my daughter in just so I felt comfortable leaving her there.
