Dr. J and his staff are the best. Everyone displays the upmost professionalism and their customer service is great! On the afternoon the day my braces were put on, a staff member called to check on me. A couple days later I received a postcard in the mail.
Everyone is so nice. The front office staff is so patient and accommodating - Mrs. Martha and Mrs. Debbie are wonderful to work with. We’ve been going to SkyBlue for the past 3 years, and it’s like we’re walking into a close family member’s house! The staff tends to every need - we’ve even been met at the office on a Saturday afternoon for an emergency to fix a broken bracket. I am very pleased with my daughter’s experience.
