My agent Kevin Owens is phenomenal, I just had to add all my dad's vehicles to my policy since I'm taking care of my father who has dementia. Kevin has been so wonderful and making it as easy as possible the transition.

THIS IS THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER ! THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH ! THEY RUDE !!!! THEY NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS ! THEY HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER. DON’T NEVER PAY A COMPANY FOR BAD SERVICE.
I was at the start thinking I was going to have a good outcome with them. I was working with there home insurance officer in regards to my manufacture getting insurance. I had been getting ready to do a RM with AAG, and AAG was just requesting a packet info, so my loan good be finalized, I had thought this was in the works as they meaning Sky Blue that AAG would pay them in full when I closed, the insurance officer was given permission to work with AAG. We pulled all call records and notes which indicate that we did receive an initial call from this reviewer and an agent went to work at preparing a quote. The agent then made numerous call back attempts to the reviewer and left messages and was never able to make contact nor were calls and messages returned by reviewer. The sky blue insurance of Davie was so unprofessional i paid almost 700 dollars for car insurance and did not even take my car off the lot and tried cancelling because that when COVID was getting worse. I called my account and the only give me back 50$ which is absolute bull shit out of 700.00. These people sad it was fees which was not true.
