I don’t recommend him as a guardian ad litem in three yrs he’s never met my grandchildren for which he was appointed to act in their best interest. Has never conducted an independent investigation called any wittness and even though casa has said the children need family interact the court won’t allow it and he’s never question it. Tax payer are paying him and he does nothing.
