I am consistently charged late fees despite being on autopay. They have my credit card number how is the payment late? And it is extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone. On top of this I have no idea where the money is going the neighborhood does not seem to be maintained in any way- there is trash everywhere and very limited street parking (sitting vehicles that don’t appear to be being used). wHERE IS sKY vISTA hoa, THEY EVEN IN BUSINESS ANY MORE? THEY JUST SEEM TO GHOST EVERYONE, NEVER IN THE OFFICE, NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE
Each time I recieve a letter to email attached for responce is wrong and I cannot get through. I was sent a letter for payment and I already paid. Unorganized mess until it is time to collect their check
