I don't even want to give a star. They harass you, don't even take pictures of the correct yard. Do NOT communicate nor give you the correct Teams Link to join the meeting to plead your violation or vote for the board. We bought our house last year and they continue to mail us saying TENANT. We pay this association and they do nothing but harass homeowner working on their property. We have had to completely renovate our home and yard. Despite having ample time to compose complaints and increase prices, these individuals lack the time to engage in essential tasks such as snow removal, painting the signage at entrances, or removing weeds encroaching upon these communities.
Impossible to contact. Third party EVERYTHING to avoid dealing with customers. I called to pay a fee that I was under the impression that was covered in my monthly HOA fees, and asked if that fee was covered by our monthly. I was told "we'll call you back in 24-48 hours." They NEVER called me back and I had to pay double that bill due to late fees that I couldn't pay because they never called me back or informed me that I'd need to set up the account for the third party payment company that they NEVER informed me that I woul... read more
I am consistently charged late fees despite being on autopay. They have my credit card number how is the payment late? And it is extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone. On top of this I have no idea where the money is going the neighborhood does not seem to be maintained in any way- there is trash everywhere and very limited street parking (sitting vehicles that don’t appear to be being used).
