I booked a unit with Sky View Suites for a one-month stay, paying well over $4,000, expecting a premium experience. Instead, my check-in was a complete disaster. They strictly enforce a 4:00 PM key pickup, yet when I arrived at 5:00 PM, the unit was stiflingly hot with no functional heating or cooling. The thermostat screen was entirely dead. Awesome place for a long stay. Quiet building on 99 W. Gerrard. Central location to Bay and Yonge Street and all the medical facilities. Gym, swimming, pool, and close to a bunch of awesome restaurants.
I've been leasing my apartment to SVS since 2021. Sometimes payments are a few days late but overall it had been smooth. However, in the past few months, things have gotten very disorganized and unprofessional. The leader of the company first told me that they will not continue their lease in 2026, unless I offer them 2 months free.
