You need to get the key from building A and then go to building B, but you end up in a dilapidated apartment,it’s 100% scram
Absolute dishonest, false advertising. The apartments on their websites are not the actual apartments you will be renting. And neither are the prices. When you call them, they cannot even confirm that the prices on their websites are true. And they refuse to give you a price over the phone. You have to email them and then they give you a price that's about 30% higher than their advertised rate.
