I didnot like this place. I came to know about this spa from Living social ..bought a coupon to try it out for Leg wax & microderm... Looks like am like a experiment material for the new stylists/massagist in the spa ... it took 2hrs 45 mins for her ( don't want to metion the name) to wax full Legs ... that too i can see lot of obvious hair patches on my legs, i pointed out few..but it look bad on my part ... And the facial ... i don't want to start ... she barely know the face massage movements ... !! Total waste of money!!

I have visited this salon many time and I am very happy with my hair each time. I am a Naturalista and each time I get my hair treated with the keratin mask I am amazed at how straight it turns out. I would highly recommend this salon to everyone.

I called today to try and use my Groupon that I purchased for this salon. I was very excited to be able to get a massage for such a good deal. The very rude woman on the phone tells me that they're not taking the groupon any longer. She "claims" that the expiration date was changed on the groupon and no one was notified that it was a mistake but she simply was not taking any appointments for this groupon. Very unprofessional service. Multiple phone calls the day of my scheduled mani/pedi from Sky, asking me to come in earlier because they had a no show (sorry, can't, I'm at work..no big deal), then a call to say I needed to be there 30 minutes before my appointment (they called 45 minutes prior to my appointment) or I may not receive both the mani and pedi due to something they had to do an hour before they close. Sorry, can't do it, I'm at work...and I'll be very disappointed if I don't get the service I made the appointment... read more

I have tried a number of facials, including microderm and magic glove, and Carol is always excellent. This is the time I take for myself every few weeks, as I enjoy both tha facials and the relaxing atmosphere, as it is always excellent. While the front desk people are frequently very unfriendly, once they are behind, the experince is outstanding.

I purchased a voucher from LivingSocial to this location, in anticipation of a great deal and a great massage treatment. When I attempted to schedule an appointment at the location to redeem the voucher, I left a message to schedule and received no response. When I attempted to call a second time a few days later, I was unable to reach a message machine at all. I find it profoundly inept for them to turn away potential customers who are trying to hand them money, and not respond in any fashion whatsoever.

I liked the guy who did my massage. I even returned serveral times. Then the guy who did my massages left and I received a long email threatening to charge MY credit card if I had used his services and that my loyalty was to them, not him. Told that I needed to call back as quickly as possible so that I "wouldn't be in trouble." I didn't even know the guy had left and they obviously don't know much about non-completes or dealing with customers. Most unprofessional call ever.

This place is TERRIBLE! My husband had purchased 2 Living Social vouchers for massages for me. During the first massage, my masseuse clearly didn't know what she was doing (I've had a lot of massages in my day)- I felt like she was a student still learning. The manager called me some weeks after my appointment to see if I wanted to book again- I told her of my experience and she said the masseuse had been fired about a week after my appointment and they would make it up to me if I came again.
