SKY Service Co just got my keys out of my locked car, and it was a pleasant experience all around! They were quite responsive, were to my location within 15 minutes, and were extremely patient with me when I was yelling on the phone. Furthermore, getting my keys out took almost 5 minutes. Excellent people and rates!
I had such a hard time finding someone who could make a new smart key for my Kia Soul. There aren't any Kia dealers in the Bethpage area anymore and the hardware store let me down too. This man came out and cut and programmed a fob for me in less than 30 minutes. Kicking myself for not calling him sooner. Trust me, CALL SKY Service! Save yourself time and money and the runaround from dealers.
We interacted with multiple members of the SKY Service Co crew and all were professional, down to earth, customer service focused people. They came for a check, discovered an issue that needed a big repair, fit us in the next day, and followed up to ensure everything was still ok a couple weeks later. We’ll be sure to use SKY Service Co again!
The folks at SKY Service Co installed and maintained all of the AC/Heating devices in our home for more than twenty years. They are reliable and prompt. The technician is always upfront with suggested preventative maintenance.
Had to have all of my house locks rekeyed - Neil showed up on time and charged exactly what was quoted. Quality work and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend it, Sky Service Co is the best and will hire again!
