We had our wedding at the Skyroom Atlanta and the venue was absolutely beautiful. The ceremony space & the reception space was definitely 10/10. The only reason I’m only giving 2.5 stars instead of 5 stars is because we had a some major hiccups throughout the process. There were so many issues with the hotel leading all the way up to the day of our wedding. They also held another event during the time of my reception on the same floor. The views here are beautiful, but our experience was very disappointing. The vegetarian meals we ordered weren’t served, the A/C and outlets didn’t work (leaving guests hot and vendors delayed), and the freight elevator was broken, which ruined our stage setup. We were promised a refund but the venue stopped responding after we submitted the invoice. Beautiful location, but poor management and lack of accountability made for a stressful wedding day.
