Horrible. Getting ahold of them by phone is impossible. Scheduling an appointment is impossible. Customer service is non existent.
I would have recommended this practice up until about 2 weeks ago but they let their best doctor go. I finally received notification today, after I had to learn about it through the grapevine. Dr. MacKay was the best doctor I had every come across and I'll be following her as soon as I know where she ends up.
Absolute worst interaction in customer service I’ve ever had. I was a new patient looking to schedule an appointment, the receptionist, Alli, answered the phone and asked what I needed to schedule an appointment for. I told her, and she informed me that both Dr. Mackay and Dr. Carpenter are both booked out considerably. When I asked if there was anyone else in the practice that could see me, she quickly replied “no, good luck.” And hung up on me. I haven't been to the dentist in YEARS, embarrassing as it is. My wisdom teeth were coming in and so painful I couldn't sleep or eat. The day that I called they made time to see me! That was my first awesome thought. I showed up and both the front desk attendants greeted me with a smile and were so welcoming and warm. My dental hygienist Renee explained everything to me which helped keep my fear of the dentists' office to a minimum. And she cleaned my teeth so well I was shocked to see the before and after. I am always impressed with the quality of service I receive at Castle Rock Dentistry, from a warm reception to the work I’ve had done. Dr. Hekkert is fantastic, and runs a great office, quick and efficient! Nothing is beyond their abilities!
I had my first visit with Castle Rock Dentistry and it was fantastic! Everyone in the office was friendly and the service was excellent. All of my questions were addressed with patience and care. I appreciate the professionalism and fun environment.
Great service! Everyone was very kind and helpful. The doctor was very knowledgeable and helped answer some questions that I have had for a long time! I ended up having 3 cavities and they were able to fix them the same day I was in. Definitely recommend them!
