Resplinted my broken leg without pain management. Both bones were broken so there was zero support other than the poor handling by the medical technician. Was the most excruciating pain in my life not including the prior night when the break happened. I was sent home that first night instead of contacting the trauma surgeon on call. Was advised the next day that I should have been kept through the night and surgery in the morning from said surgeon. Could have been a much better experience.

For having to be there for a worst case situation the facility and staff were awesome. I can not recommend sky ridge enough. I was in the medical field for 25 years between civilian and military and sky ridge was exceptional. Thank you to all of the staff.

I went in knowing I needed a MRI for my torn hamstring. I told them that at the front. I was more than willing to play their silly games and get a bed and whatever else they want to charge me for but they sent me away saying they are not there for that. I guess to be seen at the ER you have act like you do not know what the issue is and let them figure it out for you. God forbid you know what you want.
