Stay away from this company at all costs. They gave us an estimate back in August and still have not delivered on their service. When we call for an update, they blame it on being behind due to rain. We have now had to hire a new company and when trying to call for a refund, they are avoiding our calls. This is completely unprofessional and customer service is severely lacking.

They did not finish the job, broke stipulations in the contract, and avoided my calls when we had multiple leaks during the first hard rain after installation. I'd never recommend them, but their gutter sub-contractors were great.

We signed the contract in October and were told the new roof would be on by the end of November. We promptly gave them the check from the insurance company. It is now mid-February, and they have still not started work. We cannot even get a date on the calendar, and have struggled to get a response from the company every step of the way. I am beyond upset by how long this has taken, and the lack of communication from Sky Restoration.
