We moved in Labor Day weekend 2018. We did a walk through and addressed things to be fixed before move in. We moved in on a special since the unit had been vacant for an entire month prior. Nothing was fixed when we actually moved in; light bulbs out, blinds broken, no shower rod, no toilet seat, electrical sockets not working, AC not working, bedroom door not being able to close.
