I've been in quiet a few times lately to buy & order parts for my Triumph Trident 660. Gannon in the parts department has from day one shown stellar customer service! Gannon is truly an asset for this dealership. Richard M.
Dropped off a set of wheels to have new tires installed for my track bike. Customer service was excellent, Luigi & Scott in the service department have always been professional and that's what customers want! Tire installation was not the best price I've had but very prompt. I've been there a few times in the past couple months & always been a pleasure to set up needed service with them. Richard M.
Dealer likes to advertise a lower price than competition, but once you get the out the door price, the add-ons are amazing. A $4000 bike went to $6800 to get it out the door. That bike can stay right there! I will not buy from such a dealer. I know we all have to eat, but don't be a shyster dealer to do it!
I recently was just about to purchase a Honda Pioneer 1000-5 side by side when it was discussed that there was no roof on the vehicle. The agreement that I understood was that it came with this as was stated when I placed the deposit. I have previously bought from Champion honda at cocoa but when a dealership goes back on a deal it leaves a bad taste so I backed out and will never go back there. Great and friendly staff Scott is the man, awesome selection of machines !!!! The financing team did good but the interaction awkward but a deal was done so that’s awesome !!!!
I bought a bike for my husband. We had it nine days and the shop had it 12 before my first payment. The Gm was rude and kicked me out of his store while I’m crying and asking him about our 30 day guarantee on all used bikes. DONT BUY FROM HERE.
Came in on Monday to by a helmet and a pair of goggles. Gary Hall helped me out tremendously and put me in the right direction. Great customer service.
