My husband and I I have been going to Sky Physio for both physiotherapy and massage therapy for a number of years. Jodi and her team of practitioners are top notch, very knowledgeable and helpful. A number of modalities are offered on site and the take home exercises are targeted and effective. I recommend Sky Physio to anyone seeking physical therapy support.
I came to Jodi with my hip and knee issue post fall about 3 months ago. I knew from the first meeting when her diagnosis aligned with my trusted chiropractor that she knew what she was talking about. The progressive exercises and treatment she has provided thus far has helped my pain to diminish and my mobility to increase. I have also since brought my son to treat his knee pain and there is so much improvement with him too. She really knows what she is doing and also the environment is really chill and welcoming.
Brought my Son to Jodi for a sports injury. I'm so glad I did, it was a great experience and the recovery time was much faster than expected. We really appreciated the time she took to make him feel comfortable and her thorough and caring explanation of the issues and what was needed for him to heal!
