We rent the top floor apartment (35/F) which has a wonderful view of Melbourne landscape. The room is nicely furnished with fully equipped kitchen facilities. This apartment has 3 rooms in which 2 are ensuit. Bathroom are well design. The TV is huge and the dining table is lovely. The whole apartment are very clean. However, the air conditioning in all bedroon rooms not working properly. Luckily its winter time and so the ac in living area can run into 3 rooms slowly. I'm sorry but the pool and spa is disgusting, as a ex pool cleaner you can see the unfiltered human skin floating around the pool especially if you view it in pool lights, the filters are not cleaned as they should be, and the spa is worse, heaps of hair on the tiles around the 2 showers , great location and food but the pool is the worst IV ever seen
