We have been staying at this hotel for a long time, and are very satisfied with the housekeeping service, especially the housekeeper, Ms Zhang, is very nice and attentive.
The apartment was nice, clean, and quiet. The staff at the platform were also incredibly friendly, especially Ms. Queenie. Thank you so much for letting me retrieve my charger, which I'd forgotten!

We made our booking several weeks in advance, but our room allocation was changed multiple times before we even arrived. Before check-in, we received a phone call advising that, instead of the room type we originally booked, we would be given two rooms next to each other. However, when we arrived to check in, we were told there had been another maintenance issue and our booking had been changed again.
