While the end result was satisfactory, it took almost 3 hours and three techs to get there. The pedicure was done perfectly by Kyle. My preference for my nails is dipping powder. The first tech not only could not complete the process, she did not get the shape right and I had to tell her to ask for help rather than keep filing. When Tracey took over, she completed the process and shape perfectly, but she was being distracted and rushed by other clients.
