I’ve tried many salons throughout the Miami area and hadn’t found the right fit—until I discovered Sky Nails and Spa in South Beach and, especially, Melisa. The salon is spotless, offers a wide range of services, and every tech I’ve encountered has been skilled, professional, and welcoming. HORRIBLE NAIL SPA! Till this day, I’ll never forget how this scam of a nail salon charged me $130 for some clumpy, cheap-looking nails with the worst customer service. Don’t let the high rating fool you like it did me. Just look at all the unnecessary charges they added to my receipt. The manager finally returned my call after two weeks, admitted I shouldn’t have been charged for shaping and tried to justify the price by saying “this is the cost of nails in South Beach.” Complete nonsense.
